#### 78E Recovery of costs of rehabilitation 78E Recovery of costs of rehabilitation > > (1) In any proceedings for the recovery of a debt due to the Crown under this Division, a certificate that is signed by the Minister and that states that a specified amount is the amount of the debt so due is admissible in evidence in all courts and is evidence of that fact. > > > (2) A debt due to the Crown under this Division is recoverable whether or not the person by whom it is due is prosecuted or convicted of an offence under this Division. > > **ss 78C–78F:** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[33\].
