#### 57 Objection by council 57 Objection by council > A council served with a notice under this Division may, within the period specified in the notice, by instrument in writing lodged with the Minister— > > > (a) object to the granting of a production lease, or > > > (b) propose that the conditions specified in the instrument be included in the lease, if granted.
