#### 51 Objection to grant of production lease 51 Objection to grant of production lease > A Public Service agency or statutory authority or the Secretary of the Department of Planning and Environment, if served with a notice under this Division, may, within the period specified in the notice, by instrument in writing lodged with the Minister— > > > (a) object to the granting of a production lease, or > > > (b) propose that the conditions specified in the instrument be included in the lease, if granted. > > **s 51:** Am 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[31\].
