#### 27 Discovery of petroleum to be notified 27 Discovery of petroleum to be notified > If petroleum is discovered in land comprised in a petroleum title, the holder of the title— > > > (a) must immediately inform the Minister of the discovery, and > > > (b) must, within a period of 3 days after the date of the discovery, furnish to the Minister particulars in writing of the discovery.
