#### 26 Title taken to be personal property 26 Title taken to be personal property > Every petroleum title and any interest in any such title is to be taken in law to be personal property and not to be of the nature of real estate. It may be disposed of during the lifetime of the holder and on the holder’s death descends or devolves on intestacy or by will as personal property.
