#### 21 Amendment of application 21 Amendment of application > > (1) The following applications and information or documents accompanying applications, may, with the consent of the Minister, be amended by the applicant at any time before the Minister decides the relevant application— > > > > > (a) an application for a petroleum title, > > > > > (b) an application for the renewal of a petroleum title, > > > > > (c) an application for approval of the transfer of a petroleum title, > > > > > (d) an application prescribed by the regulations, > > > > > (e) information or a document accompanying an application referred to in paragraphs (a)–(d), including a proposed work program required to accompany an application. > > > (2) An application under this section must be made in a way approved by the Secretary. > > > (3) The Minister must give written notice to the applicant confirming the amendment of an application, information or document and the date on which it was amended. > > > (4) The amendment of an application, information or document does not entitle the applicant to a refund or reduction of an application fee. > > **s 21:** Am 2013 No 106, Sch 2 \[1\].
