#### 125G Aiding and abetting commission of offence 125G Aiding and abetting commission of offence > A person who— > > > (a) causes or permits the commission of an offence against this Act or the regulations, or > > > (b) aids, abets, counsels or procures another person to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations, or > > > (c) attempts to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations, or > > > (d) conspires to commit an offence against this Act or the regulations, > > is guilty of that offence and liable to the penalty prescribed by this Act or the regulations in relation to that offence. > > **ss 125E–125J:** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[44\].
