#### 113J Objections 113J Objections > > (1) A person has no right to make an objection to information being made available or publicly known under section 113H except on the grounds that to do so would disclose a trade secret or would disclose other information the disclosure of which would, or could reasonably be expected to, adversely affect the person in respect of his or her lawful business, commercial or financial affairs. > > > (2) A notice of objection must set out the reasons for making the objection. > > **pt 13, divs 1–4 (ss 113D–113N):** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[44\].
