#### 113G Release of summaries of work programs 113G Release of summaries of work programs > The Minister may, at any time— > > > (a) make publicly known, or > > > (b) on request by a person and, if the Minister so requires, on payment of the fee prescribed by the regulations, make available to that person, > > a summary of any work program that has been furnished to the Minister under this Act, including a work program that has been varied during the life of a petroleum title. > > **pt 13, divs 1–4 (ss 113D–113N):** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[44\].
