#### 112A Native title compensation payable by holders of petroleum titles 112A Native title compensation payable by holders of petroleum titles > > (1) This section applies to the grant, renewal or variation of petroleum titles under this Act after the commencement of this section. > > > (2) If compensation is payable under section 24MD of the Commonwealth Native Title Act in respect of an act to which this section applies that is attributable to the State, the holder of the title concerned at the time of the grant, renewal or variation is declared, in accordance with section 24MD (4) (b) (i) of that Act, to be liable to pay the compensation. > > **s 112A:** Ins 1998 No 88, Sch 6 \[6\].
