#### 104O Offences 104O Offences > > (1) A person who, without lawful excuse, neglects or fails to comply with a requirement made of the person under this Part is guilty of an offence. > > > (2) A person who wilfully delays or obstructs an inspector in the exercise of the inspector’s powers under this Part is guilty of an offence. > > > (3) A person who impersonates an inspector is guilty of an offence. > > Maximum penalty— > > > (a) in the case of a corporation—10,000 penalty units, and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further penalty of 1,000 penalty units for each day that the offence continues, or > > > (b) in the case of a natural person—2,000 penalty units, and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further penalty of 200 penalty units for each day that the offence continues. > > **pt 9A, divs 4–6 (ss 104J–104Q):** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[42\].
