#### 104L Survey 104L Survey > > (1) Any person employed in the Department authorised by the Secretary for the purposes of this Part, or a registered surveyor so authorised, may at all reasonable times enter any land with such assistants as he or she may think necessary— > > > > > (a) for the purpose of carrying out any survey, or > > > > > (b) for the purpose of defining any road, or > > > > > (c) for the purpose of carrying out a geological or geophysical survey, or > > > > > (d) for any other purpose authorised by this Act or the regulations. > > > (2) In this section, registered surveyor means a registered land surveyor or registered mining surveyor within the meaning of the [Surveying and Spatial Information Act 2002](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2002-083). > > **pt 9A, divs 4–6 (ss 104J–104Q):** Ins 2015 No 40, Sch 2 \[42\].
