#### 91 Assessment of fee 91 Assessment of fee > > (1) The Minister may determine the amount of the fee payable under section 92 in respect of any memorandum. > > > (2) A person dissatisfied with a determination of the Minister under subsection (1) may appeal to the Supreme Court against the determination. > > > (3) Upon the hearing of the appeal, the Supreme Court may affirm, reverse or modify the determination of the Minister.
