#### 89 Minister not liable to certain actions 89 Minister not liable to certain actions > Subject to section 88, the Minister, the Minister’s delegate or a person acting under the direction or authority of the Minister or the Minister’s delegate is not liable to an action, suit or proceeding for or in respect of an act or matter done or omitted to be done in good faith in exercise or purported exercise of any power or authority conferred by this Division.
