#### 88 Appeals 88 Appeals > > (1) The Supreme Court may, on the application of a person aggrieved by— > > > > > (a) the omission of an entry from the Register, > > > > > (b) an entry made in the Register without sufficient cause, > > > > > (c) an entry wrongly existing in the Register, or > > > > > (d) an error or defect in an entry in the Register, > > > > make such order as it thinks fit directing the rectification of the Register. > > > (2) The Supreme Court may, in proceedings under this section, decide any question that it is necessary or expedient to decide in connexion with the rectification of the Register. > > > (3) Notice of an application under this section shall be given to the Minister, who may appear and be heard and shall appear if so directed by the Supreme Court. > > > (4) An office copy of an order made by the Supreme Court may be served on the Minister, and the Minister shall, upon receipt of the order, rectify the Register accordingly.
