#### 85 Production and inspection of documents 85 Production and inspection of documents > > (1) The Minister may require any person to produce to the Minister or to make available for inspection by the Minister any documents in the possession or under the control of that person and relating to a transfer or dealing in relation to which approval is sought under this Division. > > > (1A) The Minister may require any person to produce to the Minister or to make available for inspection by the Minister any documents in the possession or under the control of that person and relating to an application made to the Minister under section 79 (1) or (3) or 87A (2). > > > (2) A person shall not fail or refuse to comply with a requirement given to the person under subsection (1) or (1A). > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. > > **s 85:** Am 1986 No 59, Sch 6 (11); 1992 No 112, Sch 1.
