#### 55 Application for renewal of licence 55 Application for renewal of licence > > (1) A licensee may, from time to time, make an application to the Minister for the renewal of the licence. > > > (2) An application for the renewal of the licence— > > > > > (a) shall be in accordance with an approved form, > > > > > (b) subject to subsection (3), shall be made in an approved manner not less than 6 months before the day on which the licence ceases to be in force, > > > > > (c) shall be accompanied by particulars of the proposals of the licensee for work and expenditure in respect of the licence area, and > > > > > (d) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. > > > (3) The Minister may, for reasons that the Minister thinks sufficient, receive an application for the renewal of the licence less than 6 months before, but not in any case after, the day on which the licence ceases to be in force. > > **s 55:** Am 1985 No 129, Sch 1 (9); 1991 No 6, Sch 1 (15).
