40 Recovery of petroleum in adjacent area
40 Recovery of petroleum in adjacent area
A person shall not carry on operations for the recovery of petroleum in the adjacent area except—
(a) under and in accordance with a licence, or
(b) as otherwise permitted by this Part.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years, or both.
