#### 34 Conditions of permit 34 Conditions of permit > > (1) A permit may be granted subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit and specifies in the permit. > > > (2) The conditions referred to in subsection (1) may include conditions with respect to— > > > > > (a) work to be carried out by the permittee in or in relation to the permit area during the term of the permit, > > > > > (b) amounts to be expended by the permittee in the carrying out of such work, or > > > > > (c) both those matters, > > > > and the conditions requiring the permittee to comply with directions given in accordance with the permit concerning the matters referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b). > > > (3) A permit shall be deemed to contain a condition that the permittee will comply with the provisions of this Act relating to the payment of royalty, as in force from time to time.
