#### 21 Advertisement of blocks 21 Advertisement of blocks > > (1) The Minister may, by instrument published in the Gazette— > > > > > (a) invite applications for the grant of a permit in respect of the block or blocks specified in the instrument, and > > > > > (b) specify a period within which applications may be made. > > > (2) The Minister may, for reasons that the Minister thinks sufficient, in an instrument under subsection (1), direct that section 22 (2) or (3) does not apply, or that both of those subsections do not apply, to or in relation to the applications. > > > (3)–(5) (Repealed) > > **s 21:** Am 1991 No 85, Sch 1 (1).
