142 Fees and penalties debts due to the Crown
A fee under section 137, 137A, 138 or 139 or an amount payable under section 141 is a debt due by the permittee, lessee, licensee or pipeline licensee, as the case may be, to the Crown and is recoverable in a court of competent jurisdiction.
