140 Time of payment of fees

A fee referred to in section 137, 137A, 138 or 139 is payable within 1 month after—

(a) in the case of the first year of the term of the permit, lease, licence or pipeline licence—the day on which that term commenced, and

(b) in the case of a year of the term of the permit, lease, licence or pipeline licence other than the first—each anniversary of that day.
