#### 140 Time of payment of fees 140 Time of payment of fees > A fee referred to in section 137, 137A, 138 or 139 is payable within 1 month after— > > > (a) in the case of the first year of the term of the permit, lease, licence or pipeline licence—the day on which that term commenced, and > > > (b) in the case of a year of the term of the permit, lease, licence or pipeline licence other than the first—each anniversary of that day. > > **s 140:** Am 1986 No 59, Sch 8 (2).
