#### 118 Failing to furnish information etc 118 Failing to furnish information etc > A person shall not— > > > (a) refuse or fail to comply with the requirement in an instrument under section 116 to the extent to which the person is capable of complying with it, > > > (b) in purported compliance with such a requirement, knowingly furnish information that is false or misleading in a material particular, or > > > (c) when attending before the Minister or an inspector in pursuance of such a requirement, knowingly make a statement or produce a document that is false or misleading in a material particular. > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. > > **s 118:** Am 1992 No 112, Sch 1.
