(1)For the purposes of section 4(2) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount of $6 010.00.

(2)For the purposes of section 4(3) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount of $6 010.00.

(3)For the purposes of section 4(4) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount of $9 550.00.

(4)For the purposes of section 4(6) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount of $6 010.00.

(5)For the purposes of section 4(7) of the Act, the prescribed amount is an amount of $9 597.00.
