11 Transaction prices—condensate
Sections 9 and 10 apply in relation to condensate as if: (a) a reference in those sections to excisable crude petroleum oil were a reference to excisable condensate; and (b) a reference in those sections to crude petroleum oil, or to oil, were a reference to condensate.
