29 Disclosure to a court, tribunal etc.
An entrusted person may make a record of, use or disclose protected information, or a document containing protected information: (a) for the purposes of proceedings before: (i) a court; or (ii) a tribunal, authority or person that has the power to require the answering of questions or the production of documents; or (b) in accordance with an order of: (i) a court; or (ii) a tribunal, authority or person that has the power to require the answering of questions or the production of documents.
