23 Disclosure to the Minister
(1) An entrusted person may: (a) disclose protected information to the Minister; and (b) make a record of or use protected information for the purpose of disclosing protected information to the Minister. (2) An entrusted person may: (a) disclose protected information to a person employed by the Minister under the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984; and (b) make a record of or use protected information for the purposes of disclosing the information under paragraph (a).
