7 The *Acts Amendment (Petroleum) Act 1990* s. 26(2) reads as follows: (2) A permit granted before the commencement of this section is not invalidated by reason of any error that may have occurred in specifying the date of commencement of the permit and the term of such a permit shall be deemed to have commenced on the day of commencement specified in it.
