sec.5 References to particular terms in this regulation
Unless a contrary intention appears, in this regulation a reference to— the Act is a reference to the 2004 Act ; and a petroleum tenure includes a reference to a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; and a petroleum well includes a reference to a well under the 1923 Act .
- (a) the Act is a reference to the 2004 Act ; and
- (b) a petroleum tenure includes a reference to a 1923 Act petroleum tenure; and
