sec.4 Safety requirements
For section 669 of the Act , a requirement of this regulation, or a standard, code or other document mentioned in this regulation, is a safety requirement if a provision of this regulation prescribes it as a safety requirement. Otherwise, a requirement of this regulation is not a safety requirement for section 669 of the Act . (sec.4-ssec.1) For section 669 of the Act , a requirement of this regulation, or a standard, code or other document mentioned in this regulation, is a safety requirement if a provision of this regulation prescribes it as a safety requirement. (sec.4-ssec.2) Otherwise, a requirement of this regulation is not a safety requirement for section 669 of the Act .
