sec.20 Operating plant used for drilling
The operator of a drilling operating plant must ensure the plant is— fit for all purposes for which it is designed to be used; and equipped to carry out reasonable remedial measures if unplanned events happen in connection with the operation of the plant. recovering lost drill string
