sec.18A Matters for information notice— Act , s 694A
For section 694A (2) of the Act , the information is— if the operating plant is being commissioned—that the plant is being commissioned; or if the operating plant is being decommissioned—that the plant is being decommissioned. For section 694A (4) (b) of the Act , the notice is to be given by using the online system made available on a Queensland Government website for the purpose. For section 694A (4) (c) (ii) of the Act , the day is— for a notice under subsection (1) (a) —at least 20 business days before the operating plant mentioned in the notice is commissioned; or for a notice under subsection (1) (b) —within 20 business days after the operating plant mentioned in the notice is decommissioned. s 18A ins 2019 SL No. 89 s 8 (sec.18A-ssec.1) For section 694A (2) of the Act , the information is— if the operating plant is being commissioned—that the plant is being commissioned; or if the operating plant is being decommissioned—that the plant is being decommissioned. (sec.18A-ssec.2) For section 694A (4) (b) of the Act , the notice is to be given by using the online system made available on a Queensland Government website for the purpose. (sec.18A-ssec.3) For section 694A (4) (c) (ii) of the Act , the day is— for a notice under subsection (1) (a) —at least 20 business days before the operating plant mentioned in the notice is commissioned; or for a notice under subsection (1) (b) —within 20 business days after the operating plant mentioned in the notice is decommissioned.
- (a) if the operating plant is being commissioned—that the plant is being commissioned; or
- (b) if the operating plant is being decommissioned—that the plant is being decommissioned.
