sec.173 Old regulation applies in relation to s 135 persons

This section applies to a person who was a person mentioned in the old regulation, section 135 or 135A(1)(a) during the financial year that started on 1 July 2017 or an earlier financial year. The previous fee provisions continue to apply to the person for that financial year as if that regulation had not been amended by this regulation. In this section— previous fee provisions means the following provisions of the old regulation, as in force from time to time before the commencement— chapter 6, part 2, division 2; and schedule 9, part 8. (sec.173-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who was a person mentioned in the old regulation, section 135 or 135A(1)(a) during the financial year that started on 1 July 2017 or an earlier financial year. (sec.173-ssec.2) The previous fee provisions continue to apply to the person for that financial year as if that regulation had not been amended by this regulation. (sec.173-ssec.3) In this section— previous fee provisions means the following provisions of the old regulation, as in force from time to time before the commencement— chapter 6, part 2, division 2; and schedule 9, part 8.
