sec.165 Refund of overpayment of safety and health fee
If a safety and health fee is overpaid by a liable person, the CEO may refund the amount of the overpayment to the person. No interest is payable on the amount refunded. s 165 amd 2020 SL No. 69 s 24 sch 1 (sec.165-ssec.1) If a safety and health fee is overpaid by a liable person, the CEO may refund the amount of the overpayment to the person. (sec.165-ssec.2) No interest is payable on the amount refunded.
