sec.163 Interest payable on unpaid fees

This section applies if a liable person does not pay an amount of a safety and health fee payable under this part. The liable person must pay interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 15% a year. The interest must be calculated as simple interest. The interest payable on the unpaid amount may be recovered by the CEO as a debt. s 163 amd 2020 SL No. 69 s 24 sch 1 (sec.163-ssec.1) This section applies if a liable person does not pay an amount of a safety and health fee payable under this part.
