sec.143 No more than 2 cylinders may be carried at a time
A person must not carry more than 2 cylinders in an enclosed vehicle at the same time. However, subsection (1) does not apply to a cylinder that is transported in a part of the vehicle that is— not enclosed because it is vented to outside the vehicle; and sealed from other parts of the vehicle that are enclosed. (sec.143-ssec.1) A person must not carry more than 2 cylinders in an enclosed vehicle at the same time. (sec.143-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to a cylinder that is transported in a part of the vehicle that is— not enclosed because it is vented to outside the vehicle; and sealed from other parts of the vehicle that are enclosed.
- (a) not enclosed because it is vented to outside the vehicle; and
- (b) sealed from other parts of the vehicle that are enclosed.
