sec.137 Requirements for applications for approval of relevant gas device
This section applies if a person applies for approval of the supply, installation or use of a relevant gas device under section 731AA (1) (a) of the Act . The application must be accompanied by— evidence satisfactory to the approval person that the device complies with the safety requirements mentioned in schedule 2 , parts 2 and 3 ; or a safety report for the device that complies with section 138 . s 137 amd 2020 SL No. 206 s 7 (sec.137-ssec.1) This section applies if a person applies for approval of the supply, installation or use of a relevant gas device under section 731AA (1) (a) of the Act . (sec.137-ssec.2) The application must be accompanied by— evidence satisfactory to the approval person that the device complies with the safety requirements mentioned in schedule 2 , parts 2 and 3 ; or a safety report for the device that complies with section 138 .
