sec.128 Notice of change in circumstances
This section applies if the holder of a gas work licence or gas work authorisation changes— the holder’s address; or the holder’s contact details. The holder must give the chief inspector notice of the change within 20 business days after the change happens. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
