sec.125 Particular apprentices and trainees taken to be holders of gas work licence

This section applies to a person who carries out gas work in the presence of, and under the direct supervision of, the holder of a gas work licence if the person is— an apprentice or trainee of the holder; or enrolled in a course of training stated in the gas work requirements for a gas work licence. The person is taken to be a holder of the gas work licence. However, the person can not certify a gas system of a gas device (type A). In this section— apprentice see the Further Education and Training Act 2014 , section 6 . trainee see the Further Education and Training Act 2014 , section 7 . • (a) an apprentice or trainee of the holder; or
