sec.123 Definition for part
In this part— gas work requirements means the following documents published on a Queensland Government website— in relation to a gas work licence—the document called ‘Queensland gas work licence requirements’; in relation to a gas work authorisation—the document called ‘Queensland gas work authorisation requirements’.
- (a) in relation to a gas work licence—the document called ‘Queensland gas work licence requirements’;
- (b) in relation to a gas work authorisation—the document called ‘Queensland gas work authorisation requirements’.
