sec.117 Owner of commercial vehicle or vessel must ensure gas systems are inspected and certified
The owner of a commercial vehicle or vessel must ensure a gas system in the vehicle or vessel is inspected, and a gas compliance certificate or an interstate gas compliance certificate is issued for it, at least once in every 1-year period. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
