For section 670 (5) (a) of the Act , the following fuel gas delivery networks are prescribed for fuel gas other than hydrogen— a network that includes filling a fuel gas container that has a water capacity of more than 30L with fuel gas; a network that includes the delivery or supply of fuel gas in a tanker; a network with a combined water capacity of fuel gas containers of more than 5,000L; a network that includes dispensing fuel gas to a vehicle. For section 670 (5) (a) of the Act , the following fuel gas delivery networks are prescribed for hydrogen— a network that includes filling a fuel gas container with hydrogen; a network that includes the delivery or supply of hydrogen in a fuel gas container; a network that includes the delivery or supply of hydrogen in a tanker; a network that includes dispensing hydrogen to a vehicle. For section 670 (5) (d) of the Act , the following activities are prescribed— the use, at a place, of gas devices if the total gas capacity of the devices at the place is 50GJ/h or more at any time; the use of fuel gas to produce theatrical or other special effects; the collection, transportation or use of a gas prescribed under the Petroleum and Gas (General Provisions) Regulation 2017 , section 5 (1) as petroleum; the collection of gas from landfill and its use in power generation the blending of fuel gases; the production of hydrogen as a fuel gas. Subsection (3) (c) does not apply to the use of a biogas produced from a limited capacity biogas system within the meaning of section 724 of the Act . Subsection (3) (e) does not apply to the production of hydrogen as a fuel gas if the production is an integral part of a fuel cell gas device or fuel cell gas system. In this section— fuel cell gas device has the meaning given by the hydrogen safety code. fuel cell gas system has the meaning given by the hydrogen safety code. s 11 amd 2020 SL No. 32 s 4 ; 2023 SL No. 102 s 3 ; 2024 SL No. 167 s 72 (sec.11-ssec.1) For section 670 (5) (a) of the Act , the following fuel gas delivery networks are prescribed for fuel gas other than hydrogen— a network that includes filling a fuel gas container that has a water capacity of more than 30L with fuel gas; a network that includes the delivery or supply of fuel gas in a tanker; a network with a combined water capacity of fuel gas containers of more than 5,000L; a network that includes dispensing fuel gas to a vehicle.
