sec.107 Owner of commercial vehicle or vessel must ensure its gas fuel system is inspected and certified

The owner of a commercial vehicle or vessel must ensure the gas fuel system in the vehicle or vessel is inspected, and a gas inspection certificate or an interstate gas inspection certificate is issued for it, at least once in every 1-year period. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
