sec.87 Existing election by petroleum producer to change monthly payments for return period that is calendar quarter

This section applies if— a petroleum producer made an election under section 148Z(3) of the expired regulation; and immediately before the commencement, the election had not ended. The election is taken to be an election made by the petroleum producer under section 45(3).
