sec.77 Existing decision by revenue commissioner for benchmark price to apply—liquid petroleum

This section applies if— the revenue commissioner made a decision under section 148M(1)(d) of the expired regulation for section 148M(2) of the expired regulation to apply; and immediately before the commencement, the decision was in effect. The decision is taken to be a decision made by the revenue commissioner under section 32(1)(d). (sec.77-ssec.1) This section applies if— the revenue commissioner made a decision under section 148M(1)(d) of the expired regulation for section 148M(2) of the expired regulation to apply; and immediately before the commencement, the decision was in effect. (sec.77-ssec.2) The decision is taken to be a decision made by the revenue commissioner under section 32(1)(d).

• (a) the revenue commissioner made a decision under section 148M(1)(d) of the expired regulation for section 148M(2) of the expired regulation to apply; and
• (b) immediately before the commencement, the decision was in effect.
