sec.57 Definitions for part
In this part— corresponding provision , for a provision of the expired regulation, means a provision of this regulation that provides for the same, or substantially the same, matter as the provision of the expired regulation. expired regulation means the expired Petroleum and Gas (Royalty) Regulation 2004 as in force from time to time before the commencement.
