95I Existing permit, lease or licence holder not liable for actions of authorisation holder (1) This section applies if any part of the drilling authorisation area falls within an area that is the subject of a primary authorisation held by a current authority holder that is not the holder of a special drilling authorisation. (2) The current authority holder is not liable in any way for any thing that is done or not done by the holder of the special drilling authorisation. (3) Subsection (2) applies even if the current authority holder consented to the granting of the special drilling authorisation in respect of the drilling authorisation area.
