95H Term of authorisation A special drilling authorisation continues in force for the period specified in the authorisation by the Minister— (a) until it is cancelled by the Minister; or (b) until it is surrendered; or (c) until a primary authorisation in respect of or adjacent to the drilling authorisation area specified in the authorisation expires or is surrendered, cancelled or terminated; or (d) unless this Act otherwise provides.
