95D Criteria that apply to permit, lease and licence areas (1) This section applies if any part of the area in respect of which a special drilling authorisation is sought falls within an area that is the subject of an exploration permit, a retention lease or a production licence held by a current authority holder who is not the applicant. (2) The Minister must not grant an authorisation in respect of that part of the area unless that current authority holder has consented in writing to the issue of the authorisation in respect of that part of the area.
