81 Minister may amend licence for unit development Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, the Minister may amend a production licence (including any condition of the licence)— (a) for the purpose of giving effect to a co‑operative arrangement made under section 79; or (b) as a result of a failure of a person to comply with a requirement made under section 79, but only for the purpose of attempting to achieve to the maximum extent that is possible the object that the requirement sought to achieve.
